Terms of Service

Number of Passengers: All fares are for 1 to 4 passengers.

Payment Methods: Royal Transportation accepts American Express,

Mastercard, Visa and cash. We also offer direct billing for corporate

accounts with prior approval.(A driver gratuity of 20% will be automatically

added for all direct billing).

Reservations: Credit card information will be required when you make

your reservation. Upon completion of services you may elect to pay with

cash, or leave the charge on your credit card, in which case you will need

to sign for the credit card charge.

Cancellations: Royal Transportation requires a two hour notice of

cancellation for all scheduled pickups. Any cancellation not made within

the required time may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full rate of

the scheduled service.

No-Shows: A now show charge equal to the full rate of the scheduled

service may be charged if a client fails to be at the scheduled pickup

location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.

Charters: Royal Transportation provides charter service on an hourly

basis. The charter rate is $50 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.

Phoenix Tour: Royal Transportation’s tour of the Valley of the Sun must

be reserved 48 hours in advance. This tour is approximately 4 hours in

length. The rate for this tour is $200 (for up to 4 people).

Phoenix Taxi Rates: Point to point taxi fares(excluding Phoenix airport)

are $3.00 per mile.

Meet and Greet: By customer request only. Driver will meet you inside

airport terminal at baggage claim. There is a $15 additional charge for this

service.

Airport Rates: Fares to or from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport are determined

by postal/zip code destination/origination.
