Is there a list of prohibited items past security?
Answer: Prohibited items are weapons, explosives, incendiaries, and items that are seemingly harmless but may be used as weapons (dual-use items). Please refer to the Transportation Security Administration's website

Is smoking permitted at Sky Harbor Airport?
Answer: Smoking is allowed in designated cocktail lounges and restaurants in the gate areas at Sky Harbor. There is one smoking area per concourse at Sky Harbor. The airport also has two smoking lounges, one in Terminal 2, and one in Terminal 4. Smoking is also permitted outdoors in designated areas on the curbs.
How do I check on a lost item?
Answer: Contact your airline first if you have a problem with lost suitcase(s) or other items. Then check with restaurants, taxis, buses and other service areas you visited before contacting Sky Harbor’s Lost and Found office at (602) 273-3307.
How can I page someone who is arriving on a flight?
Answer: Contact the airline of the arriving person to request a page.
How can I check the status of a parking garage or economy lot?
Answer: You can call (602) 273-4545 for parking information, status, and directions 24 hours a day.
How can I get a wheelchair at Sky Harbor Airport?
Answer: Ask any Sky Caps or any Information Counter personnel for a wheelchair, they will be able to help you. If possible, please let your airline know that you will be requiring a wheelchair ahead of time.
Are luggage carts available at Phoenix Airport?
Answer: : Luggage carts are available on the curb, ticketing, baggage claim and in the parking garages and can be taken through the security checkpoint, after inspection by the TSA, all the way to the gate. The cost is $3. Electric carts are available after screening at the checkpoint.
Are lockers or storage available for my bags?
Answer: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport does not have storage available at this time.
Where can I check-in for my flight if I have an e-ticket?
Answer: Check-in for a flight is still necessary if you have an e-ticket and there are several check-in options. Baggage check-in on the curb is available, as well as automated check-in kiosks. However, automated check-in kiosks may not be available for all airlines, so please allow enough time to check-in at one of the airline’s ticket counters in person if necessary. As always, proper government issued identification is needed at any of these locations to check-in for a flight. If utilizing an e-ticket, please confirm with your airline what documentation is required for check–in.
Can I access the Internet with my laptop computer at Sky Harbor Airport?
Answer: Wireless internet service is now available free of charge to Sky Harbor visitors. It is available on both sides of security, in retail areas and near the gates at the airport.
Is there a vehicle waiting area at Sky Harbor Airport for arriving passenger curbside pickup?
Answer: The Stage & Go Lot is a new area where drivers wait in their vehicles, free of charge, while passengers deplane, pick up luggage and walk out to the curb. The lot is located west of the Terminal 2 parking garage, across the street from the Executive Terminal.
